Yes, It’s 100% cuticles aligned. The hair still keeps all cuticles so it’s strong and not easily damaged. We just wash the hair carefully with shampoo which is extracted from natural ingredients. We don’t use any noxious chemicals to process the hair so if you want to change other hairdos, you completely style your hair.

Yes you can. Because our hair is 100% human hair all collections can be dyed. But dye the color into darker color only if you want to keep the hair healthy. And you are suggested to find your hairstylist to do that.

The best hair extensions depend on your preference. What’s important is you make sure that what you’re getting is made from 100% human hair. Synthetic ones don’t allow you to apply heat, which means you can’t style them however you want.

We recommend cleaning your 8Hair hair extensions every 10-15 wears. Unlike natural hair, hair extensions cannot produce oils to naturally condition your hair, meaning every time you wash, you reduce the natural oils of the human hair. Avoid regular washing to prevent the hair from becoming dry.

To better maintain your 8Hair hair extensions, we recommend using a wide-tooth comb rather than an ordinary brush. When brushing your tape extensions, hold the roots of your hair to prevent pulling on the bonds. This will help extend the lifespan of your hair extensions.

Normally, It takes only 3 – 5 days for processing at my factory. However, it will depends on the color, the textures you need, it may be longer than 2 – 4 days

Our products are shipped all over the world by UPS, DHL or Fedex. It takes about 5 – 7 days for delivery, depending on your area. Yes, of course. Please avoid using shampoos or conditioners that have high levels of alcohol or silicone. Both ingredients tend to loosen the adhesive bond.

We recommend that a trained stylist apply your hair extensions. This will ensure that your 8Hair’s are applied properly, will not fall out and will blend perfectly with your hair.

• Brush your 8Hair Tape Extensions with a wide tooth comb. When brushing your tape extensions ensure to hold the roots of your hair to prevent pulling on the bonds.
• Never sleep or brush your 8Hair Tape Extensions whilst wet. Ensure your hair is dry when you sleep or brush your tape extensions.
• To keep your 8Hair Tape Extensions looking great we recommend putting your hair in a braid before going to sleep at night.
• Never use any products containing oil, alcohol or ethanol as this can damage the hair extensions and weaken the adhesive. Try your best to use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner.
• When using hot tools be sure to use a heat protectant spray.
• Do not use a flat iron directly on the tape tabs. This will weaken the bond and they will slip out.
• Most importantly treat your 8Hair Tape Extensions with love and they will have you looking fabulous for months!

• Before and after using your 8Hair’s remember to brush them gently with a soft bristle brush.
• We recommend cleaning your 8Hair’s every 10-15 wears OR if you have used a lot of product on them.
• When washing your 8Hair’s use lukewarm water, apply a moderate amount of shampoo and ensure to rinse thoroughly. Apply a generous amount of conditioner and rinse. You can also leave the conditioner on for 20-25 minutes for a deep condition. Allow your 8Hair’s to air-dry.

We recommend cleaning your 8Hair’s every 10-15 wears OR if you have used a lot of product on them.

At 8Hair we use the highest grade of Remy hair, therefore you will be assured our hair will go above and beyond your expectations to ensure you get the most use out of your new luscious locks.

A key factor on how often you may need to replace your Clip in depends on how often you wear them. This varies according to if you wear them daily, weekly or monthly. Things that will affect the lifespan and quality of your extensions are:

• Over washing
• Swimming in chlorine
• Colouring, bleaching, toning
• Shampoo and Conditioners with Sulphate in them
• Hair extensions lack the nourishment provided from oils from the scalp that your natural hair receives. This means they are more likely to be sensitive to damage and do not naturally repair like your hair does. The more you wash your extensions the more the remaining natural oils are stripped which will eventually dry them out.

As a guide we suggest replacing your extensions anywhere between 4-6 months with regular usage or once they begin to lose their original look and feel. However, we have customers who wear their sets daily and only need to replace their hair once per year. This shows, with correct care you can make your extensions last longer giving you extra wear which lives up to our high-quality extensions reputation.
