Any hair bundles you received have problems related to manufacturing problems. We are willing to provide you returns and exchanges without shipping costs within 15 days on all sets that have not been installed, worn, or tampered with in any situation. 

Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact us with a photo or video showing the issue ask for solutions.

We do not offer the returns or the exchanges for the customized hair products.

• Refund:

If items match the conditions for return and exchange, 8-Hair will refund by Paypal or a Vietnamese bank account because of the Vietnamese Government’s policy.
